An international diving licence is required and it is advisable to carry your driving license, insurance certificate and vehicle registration, along with your passport. Speed limit on motorways is 120 km/hour, in towns 50 km/hour. In Greece seat belts are compulsory. Children under 10 must travel in the back. It is illegal to use the car horn in cities unless to avoid an accident. The blood/alcohol limit is 50 mg.
